Check out this post from Ebates and Coupon Dad about Men & Couponing.

I’ve sent my husband to the grocery store a few times with a list and coupons, and he did a great job!  As long as he stuck to the list and didn’t wander down the beer aisle…..

GIVEAWAY: Freschetta 3-piece Storage Set and Pizza By The Slice Coupon

FRESCHETTA® By The Slice BBQ Recipe Chicken

I love convenience products that allow me to eat quickly during the week.  My mornings are usually so rushed that I only have enough time to grab something from the freezer and go.

Freschetta sent me a coupon to try their new product, Pizza By The Slice, as well as a handy dandy set of storage containers.  I tried the BBQ Recipe Chicken Pizza, and it was really yummy.  The ingredients were high quality, and it tasted fresh.  The crust was just right – not too thin and not too thick.  It was filling, too.  This is a great product for people like me who need something quick and yummy!  It comes in 4 varieties, so I’m sure you will find one you like.

Freschetta has offered one of my lucky readers a coupon for a FREE Pizza By The Slice product and a 3-piece storage container set!

Mandatory Entry:  (If you don’t complete this entry first, all other entries will be deleted!)
Go HERE and tell me which variety you would like to try.  Be sure to leave your e-mail address so I can contact you if you win!

Color!

source
Centsational Girl has some great tips for putting some color in your home.  I’m really loving the yellow accents in this room!

I’m typically not afraid of using color.  Our living room has all kinds of colors going on – red, yellow, green, orange.  On the other hand, our dining room is a sea of brown, and I can’t seem to figure out what I want to do with it.  I’m hoping these tips will help!

The Best Sandwich I’ve Ever Made

source

Grilled Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Panini from The Pioneer Woman.

Delicious.  Insanely delicious.

I’m the girl who always orders a sandwich in a restaurant, and I must say this homemade recipe was up there with the best restaurant sandwiches I’ve ever had!  Roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, pesto, chicken, cheese.  You have to try it for yourself.

I’ll admit I didn’t exactly make a panini – just put all of the ingredients on a ciabatta roll.  I can only imagine how yummy this is when the cheese is melted.  Yum.

Target has been my favorite place to buy maternity clothes.  I’ve found some great pieces on the clearance racks lately.  I’ve also been able to wear quite a few of my normal tops that are longer, higher waisted, or tunic styles.

Pinterest. I’m addicted.

Have you checked out Pinterest yet?  You have to request an invitation, but it’s so worth the wait.

I’m constantly saving pictures from blogs in my google reader, but I end up forgetting about them.  Not any more.  Pinterest allows me to “pin” my favorite photos to inspiration boards so I never forget about anything.  That could be dangerous for my wallet.  Oh well.  So far I have boards for decorating ideas, outfits I like, things I want, crafts I want to try, etc, etc, etc.  The possibilities are really endless.

You can follow others and get inspiration from their inspiration.  It’s really all quite inspiring 🙂

(By the way, husband, if you ever need gift ideas, I can share my “Things I Want” board with you!)

Restaurants and Kids

source
Stephanie from the blog henry happened shares her survival guide for dining out with kids.

My 2 1/2 year old is happy as long as he gets chicken strips.  I try to find restaurants where kids eat free.  I hate paying $5 for a meal that he might or might not eat.

Making Better Lists

Check out this post at Blissfully Domestic about making to-do lists that don’t involve chores.  I love this idea!

One thing on my list is to cook a chicken…by myself.  I love cooked chicken, but touching raw chicken really freaks me out.  I need to conquer that fear!  Also, I’ve always wanted to take a photography class, and I just completed that goal.

It could be something as simple as trying a new recipe or reading a particular book.  What is on your list?

Neutral Mixing

source

Yet another great post from Sal at Already Pretty – How to Mix Neutrals.

I never realized that black and brown could actually work together until I started reading fashion blogs.  I also love gray and brown together, as well as olive green with just about anything!

One combo I’m still having a very difficult time with is black and navy blue.  I’ll probably never get over that pairing.

Happy Friday!
