Tip of the Day 4/9/10

Frozen fruits and vegetables are just as good for you as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables chosen for freezing tend to be processed at their peak ripeness. This is when they have the highest amount of nutrients.

Fresh food has a tendency to go bad in my house, so I love to stock up on frozen veggies. Especially when I can get them for 30 cents a bag!
