What’s for Dinner? 3/22/10

Slow Cooker Lazy Chicken
borrowed from Make It Fast, Cook It Slow

Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken breast (I used frozen)
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
1. Put chicken in slow cooker.









2. Pour barbecue sauce on top.









3. Cook on low for 8 hours.

4. Eat!



I put all 2 of the ingredients together the night before and put it in the refrigerator so the chicken would begin to thaw. After 8 hours, the chicken was very tender and yummy! I will use the leftovers to make barbecued chicken pizza.
